FAQ

Indonesia recruitment FAQ

Can Indonesian male workers be hired for manufacturing roles?
Not currently. Indonesian male workers are not permitted in Manufacturing under current KDN policy, though they remain eligible for Construction, Plantation, Agriculture, and Services sub-sectors. Indonesian female workers face no such restriction and are eligible across all approved sectors, including Manufacturing. Confirm current policy with us before submitting a quota application, as sector restrictions are set at KDN's discretion.
Is Andaraya an official (resmi) agency for recruiting workers from Indonesia?
Andaraya operates as a JTKSM Licence C manpower agency in Malaysia, coordinating all Indonesian placements through Indonesia's official migrant worker protection body, BP2MI, under the Employer Pays Principle — no placement fees are charged to the worker. Employers and candidates should always verify an agency's current licence status directly with JTKSM or BP2MI before proceeding.
