Our roots go back to 1989, when our sister company, Andaraya (M) Sdn. Bhd., was established as an outsourcing provider. Following a Malaysian Government directive restructuring the outsourcing industry, Andaraya (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s mandate was narrowed to workforce management only, and licensed recruitment activity moved to a dedicated, JTKSM-regulated entity registered with SSM in 2018 as Agensi Pekerjaan Ukhwah Sdn. Bhd. — renamed Agensi Pekerjaan Andaraya Sdn. Bhd. on 1 January 2026, under the same licence and SSM registration. Full detail in our history timeline below.

Today the two entities work side by side: Agensi Pekerjaan Andaraya Sdn. Bhd. handles licensed recruitment, documentation and placement for employers, while Andaraya (M) Sdn. Bhd. continues to focus on ongoing workforce management. Between them, 8+ years of institutional experience now sit behind every placement, documentation, and compliance decision we make.
